Cozy Infosystems believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
If you cancel a product or service before the implementation, we will refund you the entire amount of product.
If you cancel a product or service after the implementation, you can do one of the following:
1. If the implementation is completed but you have not started using the software, then refund may be possible after deducting the implementation and processing charges. You can contact our Customer Care and inform them of the same.
2. If the implemenation is completed and you have started using the software, then it will not be eligible for the refund.
